helen the actor

Helen fell in love with acting as a child growing up in northwest Tennessee, where from the age of 6 she wrote, directed and starred in her own plays, performed in community theater productions, sang in the church choir and competed in voice competitions.

After taking a break from performing to study neuroscience and journalism, Helen returned to acting in 2018. She recently headlined Sally Spectre the Musical in its New York debut.
